4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Dispatch: Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS.
- Delivery: Our courier partner will attempt delivery to your address.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
Track your order using any of these methods:
- Website: Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number
- Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- SMS: Use the tracking link sent to your registered mobile number
- Customer Support: Contact us with your order number
6. Delivery Process
At the Time of Delivery:
- Our courier partner will contact you before delivery
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery calls
- For COD orders, keep exact change ready
- Check the package for external damage before accepting
- Sign the delivery receipt after inspecting the package
If You're Not Available:
- The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier
- Packages are held at the local hub for 7 days
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most pin codes in India.
- Maximum COD Amount: ₹25,000 per order
- Payment: Cash or UPI at the time of delivery
- Important: Have exact amount ready to avoid delays
COD may not be available for certain remote locations or high-value orders. The availability will be shown at checkout based on your PIN code.

9. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do NOT accept delivery if the outer package is visibly damaged
- If accepted, photograph the damage immediately
- Report within 24 hours at info@culinarykitchen.store
- We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost
10. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Check tracking status on our website or courier partner's site
- Contact us at info@culinarykitchen.store
- We will investigate with our logistics partner
- For lost shipments, we will send a replacement or full refund
