1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order FREE of charge if it hasn't been shipped yet.
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order" and confirm
- Alternatively, email us at info@culinarykitchen.store with your order number
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can:
- Refuse delivery when the courier arrives
- Return the product after receiving it (see Return Policy below)
2. Return Policy
Eligible for Return:
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description/images
- Missing items from the order
- Unused and unopened products in original packaging
- Products used, washed, or without original packaging
- Products with removed tags or labels
- Products damaged due to misuse by customer
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards and downloadable products
3. How to Return

Initiate Return Request
Email us at info@culinarykitchen.store with:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you return instructions.

Pack & Ship
Pack the product securely in original packaging. Ship to the address provided or schedule a pickup (if available in your area).

Quality Check
Once received, we'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing
After approval, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refund Amount:
- Full Refund: Product price + Original shipping charges (if order was defective/wrong)
- Partial Refund: Product price only (if return is customer-initiated for change of mind)
- Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do NOT accept the delivery if damage is visible on package
- If accepted, take photos/video of the damage immediately
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange FREE return pickup and send replacement or full refund
6. Replacement Policy
You can request a replacement instead of refund for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong size/variant delivered
- Missing items in the order
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If out of stock, we will process a refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account/UPI app again
- Contact your bank - refunds can take additional time to post
